How do I schedule an appointment?

  • Access the CONTACT portion of the site & reach out via phone or email. Unfortunately, Restore is unable to accommodate walk-ins.

Do you accept insurance?

  • No, insurance is not accepted; however, Restore will provide you with a receipt to file with your insurance company to receive potential reimbursement. Most insurance providers will reimburse you at an out of network rate.

Will you accept payment from my HSA?

  • Yes, counseling sessions may be paid for with your MasterCard or Visa Health Savings Account or Flex Spending Account card. You will receive a receipt for your records.

Is Christian, faith-based counseling available?

  • Yes. Should you desire to integrate your Christian faith into therapy, please make the counselor aware of this when scheduling your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Restore has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $30.00, except in the case of extreme emergencies which can be discussed with your counselor.
